Brittany Bronson

Brittany is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She believes her clients are the experts of their own lives and have the power to achieve meaningful change. In therapy, she helps clients understand themselves more deeply, build on their strengths, and practice self-compassion when facing life’s challenges.

Brittany welcomes clients of all backgrounds and genders. Before becoming a psychotherapist, Brittany supported people through education and unemployment, deepening her understanding of clients facing tough transitions and decisions. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and person-centred, blending Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques to support clients in meeting their goals.

In sessions, you’ll find Brittany’s quick wit and humour balanced by her capacity to sit with clients in their hardships and vulnerability. She aims to create a space where you can relax, feel understood, and strengthen your capacity to face the world with confidence. Brittany has a special interest in working with teen girls and young women, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community. She commonly supports those navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, unemployment, and the journey of self-discovery.
