Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical behaviour Therapy (DBT) and narrative therapy are some of the therapeutic approaches utilized by Breanna.
Breanna works to help her clients identify the thoughts that have led to the overwhelming feelings that they are experiencing, so that they can uncover the underlying core beliefs that have shaped these thoughts. Often, we experience dysfunctional core beliefs, and so Breanna helps her clients develop the skills to challenge these core beliefs and create more positive thinking patterns.
Breanna enjoys playing hockey and exploring the outdoors. She likes to pick up a good book, listen to country music, and spend time with her family.
