About Us:

Marissa and I originally had a one bed parent therapist home, but have recently purchased a five bedroom home in Tweed. We have up to 3 foster children living in our family. Maissa also works as a teacher and I also continue to build my career as a firefighter.

Qualifications:

Jeff

  • Law and Security Administration Diploma from Mount Royal College in Alberta
  • Bayfield Homes (4 yrs)
  • Children’s Aid Society (CAS) Residential Program (5 yrs)

Marissa

  • BA Kinesiology from York University
  • Bachelor of Education from Queens University
  • Teacher- Applewood Academy(3yrs)

Our Pets

We have two friendly, large, mix breed dogs.

Our house is a large century home with three stories. It is located just behind the main street of tweed. It is approximately 1/2 acre with beautiful gardens surrounding the property.

Our Interests

Our program is a very energetic one. We live close to parks and Stocco Lake. We also have two large dogs that like two play in Thomasburg conservation park, where the children learn a great deal about nature. My wife and I are experienced campers and take the children in the summer every chance we have.
