About Us:

As a family living near Stoney Lake, we enjoy spending time together outdoors. Dave and I have been married for three years and own two homes together. Most importantly, we have been gifted with two healthy boys who bring excitement to our lives every day. We currently live in the new home we built this year, 2010, and have lived in this area for most of our lives. It is so refreshing to wake up to the sounds of the loons in the morning and views of nature through our windows.

Management Style

We wake up early to start off our day. Mornings are busy yet a great routine keeps the home running smoothly. We enjoying coming home to one another and talking about our day over a nice home-cooked meal. Evenings are full of reading, activities, and movies, and weekends consist of trips to town to attend public swimming or skating.

Description of Home

Our home is a cozy open-concept raised bungalow that has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. With many large windows throughout, we can view nature from indoors! We have a small creek that flows through our property and a large wrap-around deck for entertaining or the kids to play on.

Pets

Our Golden Retriever, Buka, is truly a family member. She is such a loving four year old and still acts like a pup!

Experience:

David is a great hands-on dad who likes to take our son fishing, boating and ATVing, and of course, loves to play hockey with him. He does not have previous experience working with children but fatherhood is one of his best traits, and he has all the patience and love that goes along with raising children.

Interests:

We enjoy staying active and involved in our community. As a family with young children, we keep busy with daily routines that encourage education and lots of fun participating in sports and outdoor enjoyment. Boating, ATVing, snowmobiling, swimming, and soccer, just to name a few.
